REGISTRATION 

  • Registration will be in Queenstown from 9am - 2pm on Friday 21st February 2025 at our Event Hotel; Rydges, Queenstown.

GEAR CHECK IN

  • Gear check will be held from 9am - 2pm on Friday 21st February 2025 at our Event Hotel; Rydges, Queenstown.

  • Supported Competitors:  Please, have your supported bag, ready for check in with ALL of your gear, excluding Run Shoes, inside this bag.  After check in you may take out your run clothes and down jacket to wear on the bus over to stage 1. Your Supported Bag will remain with Southern Lakes Ultra Crew and we will transport to Camp One.

WELCOME EVENING AND MEAL

  • Your entry in to Southern Lakes Ultra 2024 includes a Welcome Evening Meal and Briefing. Our Welcome Meal will be at Camp One on Saturday 22nd February 2025. All food preferences will be catered for.

TRANSIT DAY

  • Athletes will be transported to Camp on Saturday 22nd February 2025. Family and Friends are not permitted in Camp, but will be welcome to farewell athletes from Queenstown. Busses will be departing at 10am, arriving at Camp around 2pm. We will be stopping mid way for a lunch break.


LAST DAY

  • We welcome family and friends to come to our finish line and welcome in their competitors in. Further details and timings will be provided.


AWARDS AND FINAL MEAL

  • Our Awards and Final Meal will take place at a Central Queenstown location, on Saturday 1st March 2025 - further details to follow.

ACCOMMODATION

  • All athletes will need to be in Queenstown (Host town) by 9am Friday 21st February 2025. We will leave Queenstown on Saturday 22nd February 2025 to travel to Race Start.  Accommodation in Queenstown is to be organized individually. 

  • Queenstown is a Tourist Mecca.  There is a variety of accommodation in both style and price. To have a larger selection of accommodation and secure at an affordable price, please look to book early. This is also a busy time of year in Queenstown, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
