ENTRY FEES

All competitors are to complete and submit the entry form on this website.
By completing the online entry form, you are accepting the terms and conditions through out this website.
Acceptance of Entry requires the entry form submission via this website, and payment as outlined below.

Payment details will be submitted via email after your entry form submission.
Forex currency exchange – we will communicate with you each on registration in regard to the exchange rate at the time.
*Plus any applicable Bank Charges.

PAYMENT DETAILS FOR SOUTHERN LAKES ULTRA 2026

Athletes who enter between 1st February - 1st March 2025, will receive an Entry for NZD $3,000.00*.
Deposit payable at Registration by Credit Card, NZD $1,000.00 (non-transferable / non-refundable).
Balance NZD $2,000.00 due by 11.59pm 1st July 2025. An invoice will be sent.
*bank charges for the full entry fee will be added to the final invoice.
Athletes who enter after 1st March 2025, will receive an Entry for NZD $3,500.00*
Deposit payable at Registration by Credit Card, NZD $1,000.00 (non-transferable / non-refundable).
Balance NZD $2,500.00 due by 11.59pm 1st July 2025. An invoice will be sent.
*bank charges for the full entry fee will be added to the final invoice.

*All applicable bank charges and international currency fees, will be invoiced to the Athlete with the final invoice.

If your any payments are not received by the due date, you will not be entitled to ANY refund, of ANY monies paid, under ANY policy.

ANY payments, not received by the Due Date, will nil and void, ANY Medical Deferral or Entry Deferral.
